What happens next?
- Submit your request using this form.
- Check your email account for a verification link. You must respond to the verification request within 4 hours. Please ensure that you check your Spam folder for the link, if it hasn’t arrived in your main account.
- Click the link to confirm your submission.
- We will review your request and respond appropriately, depending upon the request and the nature of any legislative limitations that may be applicable.
- A unique serial number will be applied to your request.
- Please reply directly to any emails that are received, using the reply option, in your email system.
Your Rights
Under data protection law, amongst other things, you have the right to access your personal data, request corrections, and in certain circumstances, request deletion of your data.
The recently (19th June 2026) enacted provisions of the Data (Use and Access) Bill, 2025, provide a further right of local review, following a complaint, and the right to have any complaint decisions further reviewed locally, by a Senior member of staff. The right to complain directly to the ICO remains.
